What if I don’t fall asleep after taking NAPJITSU NAP?
It will be okay! The sleep enhancement will wear off after 20-30 minutes, right as the caffeine kicks in. So while we recommend taking NAP to complement a power nap, even a laydown should help you feel rested and restored. To improve your nap experience try using a NAPJITSU sleep mask, turning off your phone and allowing yourself time to truly meditate and release negative thoughts.
Is it bad to use NAPJITSU every day?
NAPJITSU is best used every day to maximize your energy and focus. NAPJITSU is all natural and non habit-forming, so taking it every day poses no health risk. Nap Ninjas do find high energy levels empowering.

NAP has 110mg of caffeine. One 8oz cup of coffee has 95mg of caffeine, but it’s not time-released like NAPJITSU’s caffeine, which provides steady, consistent energy and focus.

Will I be groggy after the nap?
After taking NAP, you may feel groggy for a few minutes as you wake up, it will quickly give way to energy and sharpness as the sleep aids wear off and the caffeine kicks in.
Some of the ingredients in NAPJITSU are known to have addictive qualities in large doses; however, the dosage in our products does not come near that amount.
Will it upset my stomach?
How is NAPJITSU better than/different from melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone, where our sleep enhancers — GABA, chamomile, lavender, valerian root — are paired with natural nootropics (aka brain enhancers) so you wake feeling more rested and more alert.
