You have questions?
We’ve got answers.

Will I feel jittery?

>

Nope -- the caffeine in NAP is time-released in a single burst after your 30-minute nap.

What if I don’t fall asleep after taking NAPJITSU NAP?

>

It will be okay! The sleep enhancement will wear off after 20-30 minutes, right as the caffeine kicks in. So while we recommend taking NAP to complement a power nap, even a laydown should help you feel rested and restored. To improve your nap experience try using a NAPJITSU sleep mask, turning off your phone and allowing yourself time to truly meditate and release negative thoughts.

Is it bad to use NAPJITSU every day?

>

NAPJITSU is best used every day to maximize your energy and focus. NAPJITSU is all natural and non habit-forming, so taking it every day poses no health risk. Nap Ninjas do find high energy levels empowering.

What vitamins are in NAPJITSU NAP?

>

NAP provides Thiamin, Niacin, Riboflavin Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folate, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium.

How much caffeine is in NAPJITSU NAP?

>

NAP has 110mg of caffeine. One 8oz cup of coffee has 95mg of caffeine, but it’s not time-released like NAPJITSU’s caffeine, which provides steady, consistent energy and focus.

How does it work?

>

NAPJITSU was born out of a desire to help you get more out of your rest. We know the best energy comes from rest, so we combine natural nootropics, sleep enhancers and caffeine to give you two advantages -- better rest and a boost of energy.

What are nootropics, and how are they helpful?

>

Nootropics are brain enhancers that boost cognitive function, such as memory, focus and creativity; caffeine is the most well-known, but NAPJITSU NAP includes a few others, including cordyceps, Glutamine and MCT Oil.

What is a caffeine nap?

>

A caffeine nap is a nap whereby you take caffeine before falling asleep -- because it takes 20-30 minutes for caffeine to kick in, the idea is that you wake up from your power nap right as the caffeine kicks in. NAPJITSU is based on the premise of the caffeine nap, but with sleep enhancers and natural nootropics to make your power nap even more impactful.

How is NAPJITSU better than/different from coffee or energy drinks?

>

Consumer studies of NAPJITSU’s products have shown that Nap Ninjas have higher energy, focus and memory levels than just caffeine alone, even after 5 hours. NAPJITSU combines natural nootropics with time-released caffeine in NAP.

Will I be groggy after the nap?

>

After taking NAP, you may feel groggy for a few minutes as you wake up, it will quickly give way to energy and sharpness as the sleep aids wear off and the caffeine kicks in.

Is it addictive?

>

Some of the ingredients in NAPJITSU are known to have addictive qualities in large doses; however, the dosage in our products does not come near that amount.

How is NAPJITSU better than/different from melatonin?

>

Melatonin is a hormone, where our sleep enhancers — GABA, chamomile, lavender, valerian root — are paired with natural nootropics (aka brain enhancers) so you wake feeling more rested and more alert. We don’t use melatonin in our products, so you can feel safe knowing you won’t have any long-lasting sleep inducing ingredients impairing your energy levels.

What if I chew the tablet but don't take the pills?

>

If you take only one part of NAP, you will not experience the intended effects. We designed NAP to have a one-two punch, and we recommend taking it as designated.

Is NAPJITSU a drug or a supplement?

>

NAPJITSU is a supplement.

Are NAPJITSU products dangerous to pets or animals?

>

NAPJITSU should only be taken by humans.
